Web / Software Developer - FULL TIME ROLE

We are looking for a driven, passionate and highly skilled developer to join our growing team. Our primary service is custom web and software development, to assist companies gain a competitive and technical advantage by building unique technology solutions. Projects are varied and BlueSky adopts lean practices to be efficient and continuously adapt to the latest and best technologies available.

This opportunity is a full-time role based at our Kewdale office.

Your key accountabilities & qualities are;

• Must have an excellent understanding of one or more of our development areas; React, Kotlin, PHP and Flutter.
• You MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 YEARS experience.
• Ability to learn from others, but also adaptable to be the first person allocated to discover and adopt new technology so you can teach others if applicable.
• Ability to learn new languages from developers who are able to teach you efficiently to accelerate the learning process.
• Must prove exceptional coding standards and ownership of quality.
• Must have an ability to solve problems independently and as part of a team.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be professional to communicate with clients unsupervised.
• Should have a solid understanding of Git, SQL, Jira/Gitlab/GitHub and Linux.
• Will benefit from having experience in DevOps, QA and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Will benefit if you know; Python, microprocessors, Vue or C#.
• Must have a great ‘can-do’ attitude to match your technical skills.
